The best online experience ever! Called on a Tuesday to verify their ad which stated glasses could be sent in for repair with same day service. (I didnt believe it). But an actual person answered the call, and assured me it was true. He asked my location then told me where to send them. I mailed them and received a call that the other side was going bad and could be fixed for another $20. Told them to fix both and they were back by Friday repaired as promised at the quoted price of under $50. Have never experienced such high quality of service!
