Most instore repairs are done within one hour and we provide same day service on mail in repairs.

The best online experience ever! Called on a Tuesday to verify their ad which stated glasses could be sent in for repair with same day service. (I didnt believe it). But an actual person answered the call, and assured me it was true. He asked my location then told me where to send them. I mailed them and received a call that the other side was going bad and could be fixed for another $20. Told them to fix both and they were back by Friday repaired as promised at the quoted price of under $50. Have never experienced such high quality of service!

So PLEASED with this company and their 5***** stellar service and repair.  When my very pricey sunglasses broke, I couldn't bear the thought (or expense) of having to buy new ones. Communication was excellent and the turnaround time unbelievably fast. They made the entire process easy and worthwhile.
My repair was quick.and the technician was friendly. The side of my glasses that was repaired looked exactly like the unbroken side. Being open till 6 pm was very convenient. I will definitely be recommending this place.
